Plastic injection molding
Plastic injection molding is an ideal choice for manufacturing micrometer
copies of plastic parts.We offer a variety of plastic materials.
CNC Machining
Using our imported 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC machining centers,
our skilled machinists can manufacture CNC milling and turning
parts using a variety of materials.
Die Casting
The mold is manufactured in-house using H-13 steel through CNC machining and EDM/Line EDM.Die castings are used to replicate aluminum, zinc or
magnesium castings.
Vacuum Casting
Polyurethane vacuum casting is ideal for making up to 20 copies of a master pattern to duplicate the look and feel of plastic injection molded parts.
