- Need a rapid prototype from sheet metal? EFung’s custom sheet metal prototyping services offer a fast and cost-effective solution for your projects. Services including bending, punching, cutting standard gauge metal for both prototypes and low volume production runs. We utilize a combination of manual and automated machines and processes to turn sheet stock material into your cut, bent, and formed part or assembly. We work directly from your CAD files during sheet metal production to create accurate parts in prototype quantities as low as one or as high as several hundred. If you need higher quantities, we can create production tooling, progressive dies, and assembly fixtures.
- 3D printing is a revolutionary technology that produces impossible-to-make parts directly from your CAD data. Advantages to this process include the ability to produce strong,complex geometries, internal lattice structures, conformal cooling channels and other features that cannot be made with traditional machining. Upload drawings
To start, simply send us your drawings in *.STEP, *.IGS, *.SolidWorks, or *.CATIA format, with your requriements.
Get a Quote
We will send you a quote with DFM (Design For Manufacturability) and lead time within 1-24 hours.
Proceed with Production
Once order confirmed, we review order, and start production immediately. Parts can be ready in 1-7 working days
Project Completion
After final inspection, parts will be ready to ship. By DHL and FedEx, parts can be with you within 1-3 working days.
Design and Engineering Support
We offer design and engineering support. We can offer free interactive manufacturability analysis with DFM to quickly improve part design, if you have any questions, our engineers are always available to talk through your project at EF@EFUNGCNC.COM
